Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the regular full rate (A student registration cannot cover the publication of a paper). An author with multiple accepted papers must pay the full registration fee for each accepted paper. Payment must be received by July 25st, 2025, in order for your paper to be included in the proceedings. • Author regular registration (for all regular, short, demo, industry, and workshop papers):

• Invitation letter:
  The conference invitation letter is available to download in both English and Chinese.


• Refund policy:
  Full refund less 15% administration fee if request is received on or before 10th of August 2025. No refund after that date. For accepted papers, at least one author registration cannot be refunded.
